Amy Smart

Amy Smart is an American former model and actress. She was born and raised in California in the USA. The modeling career of Amy Smart started in Italy. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 in the TV film "Her Costly Affair". She struggled to get the role of a main character for the role of a star in Starship Troopers, despite having starred in many films. She struggled with the transition between acting and modelling because model actors aren't always considered good actors, and they're typically given small and insignificant part. But somehow, Amy did not give up and transitioned to bigger parts eventually. This began with a series called 'The 70's" and the film "Varsity Blues'". Then, she stepped into principal roles on the romantic comedy film 'Just friends that also featured Ryan Reynolds. The film became a massive business success at the box office, and Amy discovered the success she'd been striving for for over a decade.
