Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor and is famous for his role in the well-known television series 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Since his college days Meloni had a keen interest in acting. Then he studied at The University of Colorado at Boulder. While he has appeared in movies as well as on TV but it's the character actors on smaller screens that has earned him fame. He's been able seamlessly play the roles of characters on both sides of the law to grab an audience's attention. On his debut TV show, he played the part of a killer. He then went on to take on the role of an NYPD Detective. For his performances on small screens, he's been awarded many nominations for highly coveted Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. One of his most striking face features is thought to be the sharp blue eyes which have been instrumental in his portrayal of characters that have a rough, charismatic look. The People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured the actor.
