LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30 1984) was an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James has been widely considered to be one of history's most outstanding basketball players. Michael Jordan is usually considered when discussing which is the most outstanding player. James has won four NBA championships as well as four NBA MVPs, three All-Star MVPs along with two Olympic medals. James is the NBA All-Star who has most points in playoffs, the second highest career point total, and the seventh highest assists total in his career. This is a record for the NBA that he has been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. He was the third player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of these were consecutive between the year 2011 until the year 2018. James was selected for the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. He was one of the few NBA player to reach 10,000 career points. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national media celebrated him as an NBA superstar. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the first pick of the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004 he was named NBA Rookie. He quickly became one of league's top players and was awarded the NBA MVP title in both 2009 and 2010. James was not able to secure a title with Cleveland and then left Cleveland in 2010 as"a "free agent" in 2010. The move was revealed by the television show The Decision.
