Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor, popular for his roles in well-known television series 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Since his college days Meloni became interested in acting. He then studied at his home institution, the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and in television shows but it's the actors portrayed in small screen which have earned him acclaim. His ability to play characters from both sides of the law is a draw for viewers. In his first TV series where he played the character of a killer. Then, he went on to take on the role of an NYPD Detective. Because of his portrayal on the smaller screen, he's been up for nomination many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. The most striking of his facial traits is believed to be the sharp blue eyes which have been instrumental in his portrayal of characters that have a rough, charismatic look. People's magazine's 2006 list of Sexiest Men Alive included him.

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. Barone was a chef known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the 1990s, she was a regular member on Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett.
